With over 250,000 people in the United States with Down syndrome, we strive to provide tools and opportunities that promote awareness, acceptance, and inclusion in our communities. Every dollar we raise brings us one step closer to ensuring that our child and every individual will have the opportunity to reach their potential.
Our fundraising efforts will support local programs and services through the Down Syndrome Association of Central Ohio (DSACO), as well as National Down Syndrome Society advocacy and public awareness initiatives that benefit all people with Down syndrome.

THIS 👏🏻👏🏻 It’s the hardest yet most rewarding thing I’ll ever do. 💙💛 & it’s a system that’s set up against us and I’ll forever fight against it. It should not be so hard, so confusing and down right exhausting. & PLEASE for the love DO NOT assume HE CAN’T, do not make excuses, HE CAN!!!!! He may just need more reminders, more guidance, more patience, more supports. & if you think people don’t/ haven’t made assumptions on him in a negative manner, you’ve lost your mind because it’s something we do, unfortunately, deal with. & It drives me CRAZY. Those of you who treat him no different and teach your kids to love my kid no different, you have no idea what it means to us, it’s such a breath of fresh air. It’s one of the reasons I drive him 45 minutes one way to school each day. 💙

Day 3 of being sick… We are so over cold & flu season 😫 Just ready for warm sunny days
2 years ago today…. And not much is changed. Still thinking and doing anything under the sun to get him to take his medicine 😵💫🤦🏻♀️. Had to hide my face then do a dance all week to get him to take medicine… If anyone has any good ideas for me to get him to take his iron (it tastes TERRIBLE) please share cuz he REFUSES no matter what crazy things I’ve came up with to try to bribe him. 😬😬😬

3 years ago today….. 🧻🧻🧻🤣 If one this is for sure it’s that Brooks LOVES tormenting his Mamaw 😂 He will still do anything to get a reaction from her. And thinks it’s hysterical.
If you need a fun idea to work on balance! This is a good one!!! Brooks has always struggled with physical therapy bc it’s super hard work for his little muscles so we have always had to get creative. I love my memories to remind me of these things and how far he’s came. I need to buy balloons again bc he would still love this! 💙

This child 🤦🏻♀️😂🤣😂 Reading over Brooks draft iep this morning & I had to laugh at this. He is so rotten. He was writing “mom” on all his school work for his name and around Christmas time he changed his name to “ho ho ho”. I’m just proud he wrote it legible. 😅😅😂🤣
