Plenty of Parking - convenient off site parking and shuttle service
Use the following addresses for GPS directions:
Archer Lodge Middle School - 762 Wendell Road, Wendell
River Dell Elementary School - 12100 Buffalo Rd, Clayton
- Teams who qualified for VIP parking will receive a parking pass electronically and must it display on their dashboard for access to the VIP parking lot.
- Volunteers will assist at the Archer Lodge Community Center for quick and efficient drop off if necessary.
TDSN has contracted with Eastern Entertainment Parking to facilitate the flow of traffic and parking logistics for the day.
Welcome First Time Walkers
Parents of children with Down syndrome attending their first Buddy Walk will be wearing a sticker. Please welcome them to the Buddy Walk and our community!

The Triangle Buddy Walk is TDSN's largest event of the year featuring:

- Self-advocate Vendor Booths
- Community Resource Tent
- 2nd Karaoke Star Search Auditions
- Rock Climbig Wall
- Bounce Houses
- Local Mascots and Celebrities
- Awards Ceremony
- AND MORE!
What's there to eat?
Our fundraising efforts include the sale of food and beverages:
- Hot dogs
- Bottled water
- Soft drinks
- Snow cones
What else can I expect?
Bring your lawn chairs, picnic blankets, or pop-up tents. There will be a My First Buddy Walk tent for new and expectant families and a tent for Spanish speaking families. Strollers and wagons help make navigating easier. This year we are taking it to the streets. The Walk will be a half mile in the streets around the Archer Lodge Community Center.
Dogs, other than service or therapy dogs, are not allowed.
