Registration Questions
Q: Where do we register?
A: Register online at www.tulsabuddywalk.com.
Q: When is the last day to register for the walk?
A: Registration closes on Sunday, October 6th at 9:00 a.m. Event t-shirts are no longer available to purchase online. We will have a very limited stock available at the Buddy Walk for sale at the Registration Tent.
Q: Can people still sign up to join our team even though the t-shirt deadline has passed?
A: Yes, your friends and family may register until Sunday, October 6th at 9:00 a.m.
Q: Does everyone need to register for the walk?
A: No, registration is not necessary to attend but we appreciate donations!
Event Day Questions
Q: What time is the event?
A: The event is from 1:30pm until 4:00pm.
Q: What time is the actual walk?
A: The walk is at 3:10 p.m.
Q: Where is the event located this year?
A: Holland Hall, 5666 East 81st Street, Tulsa, OK 74137
Q: How long is the actual walk?
A: Only ¼ of a mile. And you do not have to participate in the walk if you are not able.
Q: Will there be a shuttle taking guests from parking spots to the event?
A: We will have one shuttle bus and two golf carts running from 1:30pm until 2:30pm. for those needing extra assistance. We are short on available golf carts this year, so please be patient if you are needing assistance. We appreciate anyone that is capable of walking to leave the shuttles for those who need them.
Q: Will there be parking on Holland Hall’s campus?
A: Spaces will be available on Holland Hall’s campus. Be prepared that we expect around 2,000 attendees, so you may need to walk a distance from your parking spot.

Q: Will there be a map of the event layout?

Q: What will there be to eat and drink?
A: PepsiCo has donated drinks, Merritt’s Bakery has donated cookies, Josh’s Sno Cones will be providing sno cones, and we will be providing popcorn and cotton candy (all items available while they last). The Holland Hall Concession Stand will also be open for purchasing other food items like hot dogs, nachos, and chicken quesadillas!
Miscellaneous Questions
Q: Will there be Buddy Walk patches again this year?
A: Absolutely! Please get your patches at the Registration tent.
Q: I missed the t-shirt pick up event. Where can I get my event t-shirts?
A: T-shirts may be picked up at the Tulsa Buddy Walk at the Registration tent.
Q: Are there items available to purchase at the Buddy Walk?
A: There is a raffle where you can purchase raffle tickets. NEW THIS YEAR: We have DSAT merchandise available this year! Check them out at the Registration tent.
Q: Can I bring my dog to the event?
A: No. Animals are not allowed on the Holland Hall campus.
Q: Can I bring alcohol to the event?
A: Alcohol is not permitted on the Holland Hall campus when children are present.
Q: Where can I purchase a 2025 DSAT Calendar?
A: We will have these available via our DSAT website soon at www.dsat.org. Hang tight and we will let you know when they are available to purchase!
Q: I cannot attend the event but is it possible to get a medal and patch?
A: Absolutely! Just contact us after the event at info@dsat.org.
