Welcome to Izabel's NCDSA Triangle Buddy Walk team fundraising page!
Our fundraising efforts this year will support the new UNC Down syndrome clinic. Izabel's mom, Dr. Kate Westmoreland, will be the medical director of this clinic and has been working hard to get it set up and ready to open in early 2025. NCDSA will be supporting the nurse coordinator role, which is essential for its success. UNC and NCDSA are excited to work together to optimize the health of individuals with Down syndrome in NC!
