7:30 AM Day of Registration/T-shirt Pick Up Opens - Lobby of Theater Building
9:15 AM Opening Ceremony Starts
10:00 AM Buddy Walk Steps Off
11:00 AM Post Buddy Walk "Rock Your Socks" Dance Party Starts!
12:00 PM Buddy Walk 2024 Concludes

You are welcome to Tailgate prior to the walk. REMEMBER - No grills of any kind are permitted!
Thanks to generous donations, there will be WATER available for all participants! Stop by the water station and grab a bottle!

PLEASE - ONLY REGISTERED SERVICE DOGS ARE PERMITTED at the Buddy Walk! This is the policy of Tri-C, so PLEASE be respectful of our hosts!
With all the green space at Tri-C, there will be room for you to bring blankets, chairs, and small pop up tents (no bigger than 10' by 10').
PLEASE NOTE: If you bring a small pop up tent, it must be secured by weights or small plastic stakes (no more than 6 inches), to prevent rupturing fiber optic lines and other pipes.

Remembrance Tent
In memory of individuals with Down syndrome, their family members, caregivers and friends we have lost over the years, we will once again honor them at this year's Buddy Walk. Our Remembrance Tent will be a special place to visit during the walk, where you'll see and share stories, notes and photos of those we lost as we remember and celebrate their lives. We invite you to participate by sharing a story and/or photo honoring your loved one. If you would like to contribute, you can do so in advance by reaching out to Heather Bowers at psalm626@yahoo.com . Or, you can bring a photo to the Buddy Walk on Saturday, August 17th and write down a memory to share.
