Welcome to Brystol Rae of Sunshine Kindness Warrior Walk team fundraising page! We are walking to show our support for our child and more than 400,000 other individuals with Down syndrome in the U.S. Every dollar we raise brings us one step closer to ensuring that our child and every individual will have the opportunity to reach their potential.

Someone really enjoyed her Spinach and cheese ravioli and a yogurt today for lunch!
Bub wanted to walk sis and I out this morning to the car and help me get her in the seat! Before someone says anything yes I double check the car seat and yes he knows the proper way to put her in and tighten her🫶🏻
Brystols a whole mood this morning! She’s a cuddly lazy mess! This is how we are laying to watch Mrs Rachael this morning!
Brystol ate another big girl meal this morning! An egg and half of a fruit bar! She’s so proud of herself she kept clapping while she ate.
We went to lunch with daddy and Brystol ate a WHOLE meal without any baby food 🥰🤗. It’s been such a fight getting her to eat anything but puree. She ate about 1/4 of a grilled cheese, some fries, and couple slices of carrots🫶🏻.

I see some plays in our future! Brystol loves music so I generally turn on a show with music. Today we’re watching Beauty and the Beast. She has danced and been soooo intrigued by the movie!
We had a busy afternoon! Sis had her assessment with therapy which I feel like we got great feedback from and learned she’s doing pretty darn good.. which we already knew that 😉! Then she had her 1 year wcc and sis is finally in the 7th percentile for height 🙌🏻! She got her boo boos, we got the go ahead on transitioning to milk from formula. We’re gunna try to stay away from cows milk and try almond milk or oat milk due to some studies with Down syndrome and issues with it. Sis is going for an MRI to check on tethered cord things and going to ortho soon to for toe walking… or standing I should say😂. After all that today we needed a family walk and fresh air!
