Lindsey Gilman
Hi Family and Friends - I am running the Boston Marathon this year on April 15th and have decided to dedicate this race and training to support my Cousin's family and their son Louis by helping raise money for Down Syndrome of Louisville (https://dsoflou.org/). The mission of Down Syndrome of Louisville is to support, educate, and advocate for individuals with Down syndrome; thus enabling them to reach their full potential. Louis and his family have been heavily involved with this organization since Louis's birth, and this is their 4th year participating in the Kindness Warrior Walk.

Since almost as early as I can remember, running has been a huge part of my life. After running and seeing the determination of the other participants in my previous Boston Marathons, I am more than ever inspired to make a difference through this effort. Louis is an amazing, loving child, that I am blessed to know and I hope through this organization I can help make a positive impact on his life as he has done on mine.
