Welcome to my Down Right Blessed Foundation First Annual Buddy Walk fundraising page! I am walking to show my support for more than 400,000 individuals with Down syndrome in the U.S. Every dollar raised brings us one step closer to ensuring that every individual will have the opportunity to reach his or her potential.

My fundraising efforts will support local programs and services, as well as National Down Syndrome Society advocacy and public awareness initiatives that benefit all individuals with Down syndrome.

The DRB Foundation plans to open a center for those individuals with different abilities. This would be a safe place for themselves as well as their families. Providing resources such as educational programs, therapies, and job training to name a few. They hope to put iPads with strong communication apps in the hands of those with ID to assist in their communication at school and home. They are working to meet families with positive, educational information in hand to welcome the arrival of their new baby with Down Syndrome.
