I hereby waive all claims against the Grand Strand Down Syndrome Society, sponsors, vendors, volunteers, and any personnel for any injury that my family members or I might suffer from this event. I attest that my family members and I are physically fit and prepared for this event. I understand that the Grand Strand Down Syndrome Society will do the best it can to provide an environment that is safe for all, but attendees/parents are ultimately responsible for their own/their family’s health and safety. If I or my family members feel sick, show symptoms of COVID-19, have COVID-19 or have been exposed to persons with COVID-19 within the last two weeks, we will not attend the event. I grant full permission for organizers to use photographs, videos and quotations of me and my family members in legitimate accounts, publicity, marketing and promotions of this event. In the event that changes, modifications or cancellations are required due to COVID-19, pandemic issues, natural disasters or other emergencies that prevent the event from safely occurring, no refunds will be issued.
