Join F.R.I.E.N.D.S. Down Syndrome West Florida as we unite for a common cause and raise funds at the 7th Annual F.R.I.E.N.D.S. Buddy Walk®. Whether you have Down syndrome or other Special Needs, know someone who does, or just want to show your support, take the first step and donate or register today! Help us spread the word; all are welcome for our day of celebration!
To participate in this event, select the "REGISTER" button to set up a new or returning team, join a team, or register as an individual. Additional family members can be added by selecting the green "Add Another Registrant" button during Step 3. After you register, you can start your team or personal fundraising page by selecting the "Fundraising Page Set Up" button at the top of the online receipt.
Returning Team Captains please note: in Step 2 of registration, you can enter your user name and password to have access to your team and donor information from the prior year. If you do not remember your credentials, you can request them in this step. Click here for instructions.
If you can not participate in this event but would like to make a donation to F.R.I.E.N.D.S., please select the DONATE button. You can also donate to an individual or team by visiting their fundraising page under the TEAMS/PEOPLE tab.
Participants ages 13 & older: $20 - includes Buddy Walk wristband, free team photos, and event admission. Fee increases to $25 on October 1st.
Individual with Down syndrome/Special needs: free - includes a Buddy Walk wristband, Buddy Walk medal, plus a FRIENDS cow bell or noisemaker, but you must register as a walker.
Child Registration (12 yrs and under): free - you must register ages 12 & under to receive the wristband.
Volunteers: free - includes our Red Buddy Walk t-shirt, free breakfast/lunch, and Buddy Walk wristband.
