I hereby waive all claims against the Down Syndrome Association of West Michigan, sponsors, vendors, volunteers, and any personnel for any injuries or damages that I or my family members might suffer from this event. I also authorize the use by the Down Syndrome Association of West Michigan of any photograph, video, and quotation taken of me and my family members for any purpose.
I want to start a team. As the team captain I can create a fundraising page, ask others to join my team, and collect donations from family, friends, and co-workers.
