Welcome to our Columbus Buddy Walk team fundraising page for Team Christian! We are so excited for our 11th Buddy Walk!
Join us on Sunday, September 29 at Fortress Obetz as Central Ohio comes together to celebrate and advocate for people with Down syndrome!
We will be hosting various Team Christian fundraisers throughout the year, so make sure to follow Team Christian on Facebook and Instagram so you don't miss them!
With over 250,000 people in the United States with Down syndrome, DSACO strives to provide tools and opportunities that promote awareness, acceptance, and inclusion in our communities. Every dollar we raise brings us one step closer to ensuring that our child and every individual will have the opportunity to reach their potential.
Our fundraising efforts will support local programs and services through the Down Syndrome Association of Central Ohio (DSACO), as well as National Down Syndrome Society advocacy and public awareness initiatives that benefit all people with Down syndrome.

Double digits! 🎉🎉 He’s 10!! 🌟 It’s so hard to believe that he is already 10! He was the greatest surprise of our lives and there’s simply no way our lives would be complete without him. The things he has taught us in his 10 years are things some people never learn in this life. 10 years ago I was a scared mom who didn’t know what life would look like with a child with Down syndrome. Christian had a great dentist apt today thanks to the amazing staff at @hineslittlesmiles 🦷The dentist can be so hard for him….he tries so hard but the anxiety and sensory issues are sometimes hard to get past. Mr. Rod is so patient and celebrates Christian in all his wins! They let him go at his pace and give him the time he needs to be successful!
