Club 21 is celebrating 15 years!  Our Together is Better Walk & Celebration is a time to gather, celebrate, and raise funds! You can help us reach our 2023 goal of $250,000. 

Walk and Celebrate Together at Central Park, Pasadena, CA. 

Bring your family and team to picnic on the grass. 

Club 21 will provide: 

• Stage Entertainment with MC Phill Lewis

• Fun Activities (get your wristbands in advance)

• Food Trucks, and More! 

• Watch for more details. 

To participate in this event, select the "REGISTER" button to set up a new or returning team, join a team, or register as an individual. Additional family/team members can be added by selecting the green "Add Another Registrant" button during Step 3. After you complete registration you can start your team or personal fundraising page by selecting the "Fundraising Page Set Up" button at the top of the online receipt.

Returning Team Captains please note: in Step 2 of registration, you can enter your user name and password to have access to your team and donor information from the prior year.  If you do not remember your credentials, you can request them in this step. Click here for instructions.

If you cannot participate but would like to make a donation to the Club 21 Learning & Resource Center, please select the DONATE button. You can also donate to an individual or team by visiting their fundraising page under the TEAMS/PEOPLE tab.

Registration Fees:

Participant with shirt: $15 (adults 13+, includes t-shirt) 

Child Participant with shirt: $15 (ages 3-12 includes t-shirt)

Infant & Toddler Participant with shirt: $15 (2 & under includes t-shirt)

Walk Participant without shirt: free (does not include t-shirt)

In addition to the traditional t-shirts, women's v-neck t-shirts are available to select during registration.  Please note the v-neck t-shirts run small.

Order in advance as t-shirt availability and size is not guaranteed after September 30, 2023.

While registering, don't forget to purchase your unlimited activities wristband.  $10 wristbands for your favorite booths and new ones, plus the train ride is coming back. Purchase in advance to pick-up at the Registration booth so you don't have to wait in line at the Sales booth.
