If you have joined this team,, then you are now part of Roger Ethan's beautiful adventure. Not a journey we ever expected, full of ups, and downs, thrills and chills, never 2 days the same, but man what a great ride it is.

Our Roger Ethan has Autism Spectrum Disorder and severe expressive communication disorder (non-verbal). While unable to communicate clearly, there is NO LIMIT to the capacity in which he is able to learn, grow and achieve.

He is brilliant, spunky, an ingenious problem solver, determined, and so loving. When he walks into a room, everyone notices. His mischievous grin, precious dimples, heart warming laugh and eyes filled with such wonder. You can't know him, and not just love him. Often reminding me of the famous Dennis the Menace (if Dennis was also a ninja).

We work hard, we celebrate his successes, we encouraging him in tough times, and to do whatever it takes to meet his needs. Most of all, we love him unconditionally.
