What are my registration options?

  1. You can register as a “Family Leader” which includes the primary registrant and up to 4 additional family members for $55.  After you add the primary registrant and move to step 3, select the green “Add Another Registrant” button and then add the information for each additional family member.
  2. You can register as a “Buddy Walk Registrant” for $20. 

All registration types include a t-shirt, family activities and a fun filled day of friendship and inclusion.

I registered last year for the walk. Do I need my user name and password to register this year?

No, you just need to select the blue REGISTER button to register again.  If you use the same name and email address from last year, your previous user name and password will be displayed at the end of the registration process.  You can then update your team page and begin sharing your team page for new team members and donations.

I signed up for a Family Leader registration, but I forgot to add my family members. What can I do?

Please send an email to support@ds-connex.org with the following information: name of primary registrant, first name, last name and shirt size of each registrant that need to be added to the family leader registration.  The maximum number of registrants for the Family Leader registration is 5 including the primary registrant.

I did not complete my registration. How can I finish my registration at a later time?

An email was sent to your attention with a code and a URL to allow you to restart the registration.  If you click on the URL it will take you back to step 2 of registration, please confirm the data entered and continue your registration.  You can also enter the code in the email at the bottom of the screen after you hit the blue “Register” button.  If you no longer have the email, please send an email to  support@ds-connex.org indicating you need your start registration code and include your name, email and the Buddy Walk® that you are registering for.

 I tried to sign in, but I do not know my user name and password. How do I get this information?

When you registered for the walk, you were emailed a registration letter.  This letter contains both your user name and password.  If you no longer have the email, please send a message to support@ds-connex.org indicating you need your user name and password and include the name of the walk event for which you are registering.

Can I change my user name and password to something I can easily remember?

Yes, sign in and go to your profile page.  From your profile page select *Login and hit enter.  You can then change your user name and/or password. 

I have created a team. If someone donates through my child’s page, rather than the team page, will their donation count towards both my child’s personal goal & our team goal as well?

If someone donates to your child's page then the funds will be counted towards her individual total and also to the team totals.  

If you only want to fundraise from the team page then you can make the personal profile page private.  You can do this by setting the “Public profile page” field to NO.  To change this field, slide the toggle switch under this field from YES to NO.

What should I do if nothing happens when I try to upload a photo to my personal and/or team profile page?

The image is probably too large to upload.  If the image is over 3MB you will need to reduce the size of the image to complete the upload.  Please read the instructions found in the "How to manage your team profile page" under the HELP tab above.
