On-Site Vendors at Columbus Buddy Walk
Thank you for your interest in joining us on the Plaza as a Columbus Buddy Walk® Booth Vendor for the 2016 walk! Your role in this celebration is critical to the people with Down syndrome that we serve in 23 Central Ohio counties.
As a booth exhibitor you have a chance to meet and mingle with over 6,500 participants from all over Ohio. You will be provided with one (1) table and two (2) chairs. Please let us know if you need any special accommodations.
This year the fee is $75.00 for all non-profit organizations and $150.00 for all for-profit organizations who are interested in being a booth exhibitor. This fee helps to offset costs of the Columbus Buddy Walk® so that we can continue to provide the best service to our community.
If you are interested in showcasing your business/organization, please complete the appropriate form and return it to DSACO via mail or email. This form allows DSACO to reserve your space in the Plaza, as spots are limited. Please note - you are unable to sell items at the Buddy Walk.
VENDOR FORMS:
Payment must be submitted by September 2, 2016 in order to be approved to set up in the Plaza on the day of the event. (Deadline extended to Sept. 16, 2016) Payment can be mailed to the address below to DSACO, to the attention of "Buddy Walk Vendor" or made through this website, under the "Donate" tab.

Please review the “Do’s and Don’ts” for your booth. We hope this clarifies our expectations of your booth. A booth location map will emailed to you as the event gets closer, so you know exactly where you need to go to set up on the day of the event. Locations are picked to ensure congestion be kept to a minimum on the day of the walk. We look forward to having you!
